I have not played Watch_Dogs. I HAVE listened to the soundtrack, and I can safely say that this is one of the top electronic and ambient releases of the year so far. Brian Reitzell, of Lost in Translation/The Virgin Suicides fame, has created a soundtrack that would occupy a place permanently right next to your 180g clear red audiophile reissue of Vangelis’ Blade Runner OST.  The price ends up being around 54 dollars shipped to the US, so take a listen yourself and see if you think it’s worth it.
