RIYL: duvets, khakis, cancer, nitroglycerin
Raise your hand if you’ve ever felt like your vinyl collection now owns you. ¬†Guilty as charged. ¬†I’m an addict, what can I say? ¬†I’m gonna look down at that beautiful Fight Club album cover and tremble with anxiety as I deface and devalue its contents. ¬†Then, my body will fill with warmth and my head will spin with relief. ¬†I’m one step closer to death.
Certainly one of Mondo’s finest vinyl concepts to date, there’s also the MF-ing Dust Brothers scoring the only soundtrack in their rich careers. ¬†No Dust Bros, No Odelay. ¬†Think about that one. ¬†My suggestion would be to buy two, friendos. ¬†Keep one foot in your capitalist roots and the other in complete and utter anarchy. ¬†What do you have to lose?
Also, if I had to choose, I’d fight Stonewall Jackson.
