Label: Enjoy the Ride

It has been 10 years already.

I’m only 35 years old, but that’s old enough for me to start to see 25th and 20th anniversary reissues of things that I experienced the first go around. Those instances always seem to make me feel old.

Recently I’ve begun experiencing a different type of anniversary hype that makes me feel old. It’s the 10th anniversary reissues that make me think, “Wait, what? It’s been 10 years already?” This reissue falls firmly in this latter category for me.

In 2007. The Academy Is released this second album. It was originally put out by Fueled by Ramen, and this reissue comes with a bonus track and on a stunning Clear/Magenta split that is limited to only 500 copies.
