RIYL: silent nights, holy infants, immaculate conception
Since their formation in 1997, Queens of the Stone Age have¬†been anything but silent.¬†¬†Their concerts reach¬†voluminous levels pushing 120 dB, their lead singer¬†certainly ain’t quiet, and some of their album covers are…dare I say…titillating.¬† All that aside, 21 years after their conception, Homme and the boys have finally decided to light a candle and turn the amps down.¬† Ladies and gentlemen,¬†if this isn’t the perfect stocking stuffer for Gram Gram, I don’t know what it is.¬† I’ve read a lot of stories about Jesus and there’s no doubt in my mind that he would’ve been a massive Queens of the Stone Age fan.¬† The hair, the beard, the raging parties…oh yeah.
No quantity has been announced, but don’t underestimate QOTSA fans.¬† They are fast, dangerous and they have cash to burn.
Physical release: December 14, 2018
