Cold War Kids’ first album “Robbers and Cowards” was one of my favorite albums of the year when it came out in 2006 and their self-titled follow-up was nearly as good.  In my opinion though the third album, “Mine is Yours” took a different direction and lost a little of what made CWK unique and interesting.  I have been eager to hear how they follow up “Mine is Yours” after its lukewarm reception.  The time is here and they have redeemed themselves quite nicely.  The quirky rhythms and vocals from the earlier records have returned and “Miracle Mile” has been stuck in my head all day.

Sadly though, UK distribution makes this way pricier here in the states.  I bit the bullet though and bought a signed one, how about you?

There isn’t an option to buy the vinyl alone, you must buy it with a bundle of either a tshirt or a CD of the album. The link below is the cheaper option of Vinyl + CD.
