RIYL: If you like acid with your punk
Label: Sacred Bones
Over the last ten years, one of the most consistent aspects The Men has been their ability to hop from genre to genre. The band dabbled in punk and noise in their early years before moving on to Americana, country, kraut, post-rock and more. Now, Sacred Bones has gathered the band’s debut demo tape, a split with Nomos, a 7″, a 12″ EP, and a slew of unreleased demos, outtakes, and live recordings from those early punk years. A deluxe version will be release November 9th and is available for pre-order now.
