RIYL: Thee Oh Sees, Oh Sees, Ohsees, Osees, The Oh Sees, The Ohsees, Thee Oh See's, Thee Ohsees

Label: Silver Current

The Oh Sees at the peak of their prog obsession, super jammed out and totally dominating. “The Chapel, SF 10.2.19” is a 53 minute, beautifully recorded, hi-fidelity live explosion of orc puke and kraut-gone-punk rock dominance by one of the rippingest bands of the 21st century.

This one’s a no-brainer for the Dwyer disciples. Whichever era of this supernatural garage oddity you prefer, their last few years of work has been a hell of a ride. Bountiful, boundary-breaking and consistently inconsistent, Oh Sees are treating us to a particularly wet and wild night in San Fransisco back in 2019. You don’t wanna miss this!

Unfortunately, the handmade TMOQ-style bootleg version has sold out. Sorry we couldn’t get it written in time. HOWEVER, this “orc puke” variant is sickeningly gorgeous and it’s still available. Getchu one.
