There are compilation albums out there in the world, and there is The Reverb Conspiracy. This bad boy is stacked like the ’92 USA Olympic Dream Team. Goat, Mugstar, Singapore Sling, Lola Colt and many more of your favorite psychedelic sorcerers have sharpened their staffs with no other intention but to liquefy the gray matter inside your skull.
This isn’t a homogenous list either, and while each of these bands have a deep love for cosmic psychedelia, they draw from a vast bridge of subgenres. You’ll hear kraut rock, blues, stoner metal, electronic noise, drone and ambience to name a few. There’s something for every one of you freaks in here. Dig in.
That price tag is high, no doubt, but those of you who have bought from Fuzz Club before can attest that your aural sandwich will be packed with cold cuts and extra hot mustard. This IS an international order if you’re buying in the states, so if the price tag angers you, my advice would be to log onto SlyVinyl anonymously and call me awful names. Because that’s logical.
UPDATE – Get the record in the states HERE.
A double album, The Reverb Conspiracy (Volume 3), will be limited to 1200 hand-numbered copies, white vinyl with gatefold cover.
