King Gizzard, your favorite long-haired psych-folk-rock-funk-freak-jazz jammers, have unplugged.  For their 7th full-length (their 2nd this year), the Gizz have thrown their electric guitars aside and replaced them with flutes, doubles basses, clarinets, acoustic wizardry and anything else that a souped-up rock album AIN’T.  This one is for the “Led Zeppelin III is their best album” people, the “Nick Drake never got the respect he deserved” people, the “leave the city, move to a farm , grow your beard and pickle your own pig’s feet” people.

No audio yet, but with a band with as deep and respected of a catalog as King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, there’s not a risk here.  It’s going to be good.

It’s also going to be sold out quick, so take the next 20 minutes to cry about the cost of getting a record shipped to your door from Australia…but then buy it.  Definitely buy it.  Holy smokes, look at that f-ing album cover.  YES.
