RIYL: MXPX, Bad Religion, Blink 182

Label: Greenway Records

When was the last time we had a pop punk review on Sly? ¬†Also, when was the last time you did a keg stand? ¬†Missouri 4-piece Eaten Back to Life joins New York’s Greenway Records for a light-hearted concept EP about going insane, hacking up your girlfriend and ending up in a mental hospital. ¬†You know…a typical Friday night for any 18 year old high school senior. ¬†It’s packed with¬†youthful, belligerent fist-pumpers¬†reminiscent of old MxPx, Bad Religion and Blink 182.

Greenway Records specializes in the silver platter treatment, spray-painting their sleeves and decking out their wax with all kinds of multi-colored insanity.  There are only 10 screen-printed variants left, so make haste.  If you want a cheaper option, there are green vinyl copies, also limited to 100, that are available HERE for $8.  Have at it.
