I assume most of you are familiar with the incredibly popular group Fun.  If not crawl out from under that rock sometime.  Well prior to Fun. was a band called The Format, a project of eventual Fun. frontman Nate Ruess and Sam Means.  The Format was a bit more singer/songwriter at times but with a hint of the power pop that would eventually come to fruition in Fun.  After The Format split up Ruess went on to superstardom with Fun., but that doesn’t mean that Sam Means has stopped making great music.  In fact, he’s still making really great music and you can buy some of it on a limited edition white 7″ from the link below!
