Holy shit! We’ve ALL been waiting for this demon day!
I was certain that we’d be getting a 10th anniversary repress of Demon Days, and yet 2015 came and went without fanfare. If not then, would we ever get fresh copies of one of the most celebrated albums of the 2000s?
The next logical time frame (before a 15th anniv. press!) would be a pressing coinciding with a new album, and sure enough we got one!

Having watched the fallout of this whole thing on Reddit a little bit, I saw someone citing the customer service rep (from the VMP forums) saying that there are more than 25,000 but less than 40,000 copies of this. Not sure why it's so vague, but my guess (just a guess) is 25,000 was what they initially ordered and that they're trying to press up more to meet demand.

I really really hope so because until now the original was like a 600 dollar record if I remember correctly. It's also one of my favorite albums. Got me all flustered and whatnot. Sorry everyone for the foul language.
