That distant, but pounding bass you hear at 4 am, the faint smell of burning rubber in the air, the crumbling brick on your house and the broken tree limbs piled on your windshield are all tell-tale signs that Toronto night terrors Odonis Odonis have made a second record.
I feel compelled to say that the ‘hard rock’ label I put on this review is a bit misleading. Â It grips and rips for sure, but there are many other elements in the recipe. Â The swooning shoegaze experimentation and ambient interludes between tracks are downright sublime.
Do yourself a favor and at least listen to this thing in its entirety below, but don’t think about it too long.  Collectors love the word ‘handmade’ when it comes to vinyl packaging, and as of right now, there are only 78 copies left.  Get it or get got.
