RIYL: Sex Bob-Omb, Crash and the Boys, Thrush Hermit

Label: Label Obscura

Label Obscura is releasing all three of the original Halifax pop explosion band, Plumtree‘s albums (Mass Teen Fainting // Plumtree Predicts The Future // This Day Won’t Last At All) for the first time ever on vinyl. The band were quite popular in Canada in the early 90s but probably achieved more fame after they broke up, as their single ‘Scott Pilgrim‘ inspired Brian Lee O’Malley to write the graphic novels of same name which begot the infamous film of same name.

All 3 albums have been mastered for vinyl release at Toronto’s Lacquer Channel, pressed on 180 gram vinyl with deluxe packaging, new artwork courtesy of Yorodeo and liner notes by music journalist and radio personality Vish Khanna.
