RIYL: surf-infused garage, metal riffage

Label: Greenway Records

Moving from Salt Lake City to Brooklyn is a bit of a lifestyle change for a rock and roll band.  Sounds From the Hole is a collection of songs that celebrate that journey, from the savagery of the road to the maniacal bond a band makes while on tour.  Tracks like Checkin’ Out Late combine different eras of vintage cool, from the early 60s surf-tinged back beat to the 70s arena rock riff interludes.  Sharp, tight and a hell of a lot of fun, I can’t wait to hear the other 3 tracks on this thing!

Our dear friends at Greenway Records have 100 unique, hand-poured 100 copies of this hot rod on a hand dandy 7″.  Not a whole lot of them left either, so get to it.
