BUYER BEWARE!!! My last order from them arrived all fucked up due to cheap ass packaging! Completely warped and sandwiched between two pieces of flimsy corrugated cardboard. Some of the cheapest and worst packaging I've ever seen!

to hear your record got fucked up, I'll send another
copy once we get back from tour. I would love to be able to
buy proper mailers for the records, but we want to charge as
little as possible for 'em so we are already losing
money on each copy we send out... Hopefully we won't
have to do the next album ourselves and someone else will
take care of all this junk for us!
We're back in a month, but you can expect a
postcard in the meantime as a thanks for your patience.

After that response I never heard from them again or received anything. I sent another email back in September four months after the reply and never got a response back!

Sad to hear that, bro! Dunno what happened, must have gotten lost or something.. As a band there's only so much you can do, I guess!
