Stanley Brinks is the pseudonym adopted by André Herman Dune after his 2006 departure from the French folk-rock trio Herman Düne.
Whereas the music his former bandmates continue to make under the Herman Düne moniker leans more towards colorful, lighthearted and irreverent themes – songs from Stanley Brinks, while still irreverent and lighthearted, generally explore slightly darker places in a nihilistic but reassuring way.
“Life doesn’t have a meaning, anything goes. Might as well be dreaming – But I’ll get by with a little bit of you – Alcohol, tobacco, caffeine – Ephedrine and orange juice.”
The latest release is a 7″ single on  orange vinyl. It is limited to 500, but only 65 remain available online.  The full LP is out in March!
*Warning – this is shipping out from the UK so shipping costs to North America will end up being as much as the record itself. Might be for the long time fans only*
