NOTE: White w/ Black Splatter is exclusive to the Graveface Record Club membership and therefore is not for sale via retail or mailorder.

If you haven’t heard of Dosh, odds are you’ve probably heard him through collaborations with such musicians as Andrew Bird, Jel, Odd Nosdam, or even Bonnie “Prince” Billie. This guy definitely has a strong presence across some genres.

Within his own personal realm of interest lies an instrumental depth that see him using various electronic elements alongside a Rhodes piano, keyboards, drums, and the integral looping pedals which you will notice are used greatly within this release – and that’s not even naming it all. As an individually adventurous spirit, Dosh is an act to certainly investigate and understand.

GRAVE102 DOSH : MILK MONEY

LP / CD / Cassette / Digital Download (out 10/22/13)

With the flash and efficiency of digital song-making technologies, it can be easy to lose sight of the merits of that which is analog. Martin Dosh, then, has become something of an accidental preservationist, keeping instruments like Rhodes keyboards and an ancient Korg EX 800 sequencer alive by using them in his innovative solo works and collaborations with the likes of Andrew Bird and Bonnie β€œPrince” Billy. ...... click here for more info on this release
