Late last year in 2018, like an eery blip on a sonar signal, an audio/video label known as VILL4IN materialized out of the fog. Masked in anonymity as a cloak-and-dagger network of artists and musicians, this young operation has already gained a considerable following. Synthscapes, dark ambience, experimental vaporwave…there is a cohesive aesthetic happening here despite the global proximity of the featured artists. VILL4IN’s third and newest release is from Project Lazarus, allegedly from Russia from the looks of the artist and the track titles…but who knows?  If you love sweeping synth textures with a soundtrack feel, this one needs to be in your collection.
