Peculiar Storms is an album of reflection as Robb Kavjian, aka Monastery, chose to revolve this work around paying tribute and homage to the artists of Scandinavia who make an impact on those they surround, including himself. This isn’t just about the artist(s) though. This is an album focusing on the deep connections that music can make… everyday sounds that resonate the beauty of nature… and even how dreams can affect an individual.

There is an attention to the deeper self within this work. We see an artist searching introspectively and, in the end, we see a reciprocity being sculpted from the answers.

Peculiar Storms is an uncompromising ‘thank you note’ to a life gratefully lived.
