There’s certainly something to be said about what ambient music can do for a human being. It’s those thoughts, feelings, and desires that push and pull within us all. It’s the innately intuitive grasp we have on the complexity of our every day activities. It’s that moment when you’re standing still just before realizing that you’ve been struck by the way the sky looks on a given day. It’s those moments when the air is just cold enough to remind you of a day you had back in elementary school. It’s these attachments we all share that bring about clarity. Clarity that can only come from being able to detach from the every day progression of life itself with a thought that was purely joy. It’s these feelings and abilities that we all share, sometimes without even a moment of notice, that can only be described as the past being able to push us into the future. It’s the natural beauty of life itself and something we all appreciate – knowingly or not. Emurays Sky is the perfect example of this meandering swirl of yesterday and today that so kindly reminds us to smile as we seek tomorrow.
Originally released as an EP, Everything In Motion was later revisited for the specific reason of pressing it to 180g vinyl. When considering this avenue for the music, five additional songs were added to complete this record as an LP.
